Job Summary: This role provides training and education to KHMG medical office staff and Practice Managers, providing workflow support, focused on revenue cycle efficiencies and <enhancement.In> collaboration with the revenue cycle team and other internal stakeholders, designs, delivers and evaluates educational and training programs in support of our ambulatory medical practices.Develops and delivers training sessions on revenue cycle processes and systems to new and existing staff using classroom, virtual, and hands-on methods.
