About The Role

Job Description LOW CODE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (HYBRID) EITHER LEWISVILLE,TX OR GREENWOOD VILLAGE,CO $90,000– $100,000 (DOE) We are seeking a Low Code Systems Administrator to design, build, support, and optimize low-code applications, workflow automations, and reporting solutions that improve clinical, operational, and business processes. In this role, you'll work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. You'll manage solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through deployment, support, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Power Platform Administration & Development Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code applications and workflow automations. Administer Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse SharePoint Microsoft Teams Develop secure, scalable solutions that support clinical, operational, compliance, and administrative workflows. Integrate enterprise data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud platforms. Develop, Administer, and support low-code applications and workflow solutions using Appian, as assigned. Support & Optimization Troubleshoot applications, automation, integrations, permissions, and data connections. Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and production support activities. Monitor solution performance, usage, workflow failures, and capacity to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate testing, deployments, upgrades, and go-live support. Governance & Security Maintain platform governance, security, and application lifecycle management standards. Implement access controls, data protection policies, security roles, and environment management practices. Support compliance, privacy, and audit requirements. Collaboration & Documentation Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and define business rules. Create technical documentation, testing records, release notes, and knowledge articles. Provide user training, demonstrations, and adoption support. Evaluate emerging Power Platform technologies and recommend solutions that deliver business value. Qualifications: Education & Industry Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, developing, or configuring business applications, low-code platforms, workflow automation, or reporting solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience supporting application lifecycles, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, change management, and production support. Strong understanding of: Data integration and APIs Application security and governance Microsoft 365 technologies SQL and relational data concepts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, Clinical Informatics, EMS, or other highly regulated environments. Experience with: Copilot Studio Appian Power Pages AI Builder Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Managed Environments Experience integrating Power Platform with SQL, Azure services, Snowflake, Databricks, or enterprise data platforms. Power BI development and reporting experience. Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or related certifications. Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
