Your Tasks

• Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Provide 2nd line support, monitor and maintain system performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices

Your Profile

• Profound experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL and security configuration
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.
