It acts as a bridge between a beginner learner and a fully qualified artisan or technician. The purpose of this role is to build practical, hands-on capabilities by applying theoretical knowledge to day-to-day operations under supervision WHAT YOU WILL DO: Structured in-service P2 training Hands-on workplace experience at a Tiger Brands site Exposure to a real, fast-paced working environment Mentorship WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE: Be a South African citizen Be between 18 and 29 years old Must have completed Grade 12 or N3 Completed S4 and P1 Training with a minimum overall average of 65% Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum average of 65%) Have no more than 2 - 3 years’ work experience Have basic computer skills Be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn Live within daily commuting distance of the training/work site In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
