This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure. As Lead Architect for Pharma Preclinical Data Intelligence, you will shape the technology architecture that enables better, faster decision-making from discovery through early development. In this role, you will help translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions that support high-quality data insights. By connecting data, platforms, and processes, you will contribute directly to our mission to de-risk decisions and increase productivity across preclinical development. You will work closely with business and IT partners to define a clear architectural vision and drive its implementation.
