Assistant Director of Mobilization of Volunteer Efforts

Saint Michael’s College is seeking a collaborative and passionate Assistant Director to develop, coordinate, and promote service, social justice, mentoring, and community engagement programs that foster student learning, leadership development, and civic responsibility. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for community partners and affiliates involved in MOVE's (Mobilization of Volunteer Efforts) Service Trip, Mentor, and other engagement programs while strengthening MOVE's visibility and impact across campus through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Working closely with MOVE staff, student leaders, agency coordinators, and Saint Michael's College partners, you will identify organizational needs, build meaningful relationships, and cultivate a strong culture of community engagement. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and advancing the mission of community-centered student development.
