About The Role

  • 1、负责端侧小模型的调研、选型与性能测评
  • 2、完成模型量化、剪枝等轻量化优化及端侧部署落地
  • 3、对接业务需求，指导上层应用开发适配，沉淀落地规范与技术方案
  • 1、计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，2027届本科及以上学历
  • 2、熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的代码规范与工程化思维
  • 3、掌握 C/C++ 基础，理解指针、内存管理等底层概念，能阅读和调试底层框架代码
  • 4、深入理解深度学习原理，熟悉 Transformer、CNN 等主流模型架构
  • 5、熟练使用至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow），有完整的模型训练与调优实践经验
  • 6、较强的自驱力和学习能力，对性能优化与系统底层有浓厚兴趣
