算力性能优化工程师

About The Role

  1. 负责各类AI算力卡适配到我方自有硬件设备，开展整机系统级性能调优，充分挖掘算力卡硬件潜能，提升整机算力吞吐、降低业务时延，把硬件算力充分释放出来。
  2. 使用性能分析工具定位整机性能瓶颈：算力、访存、PCIe、调度、通信、显存等，输出调优方案并落地验证。
  3. 搭建自动化性能基准测试套件，完成不同算力卡的性能对标、记录优化收益，输出测试报告与调优最佳实践。
  4. 和硬件、驱动、系统团队协同，解决算力卡部署到整机后的兼容性、性能异常问题。
  5. 跟踪异构计算、AI加速软硬件前沿技术，沉淀优化方法论。
  6. 2027届 硕士学历，计算机科学与技术、电子信息、软件工程、自动化等相关专业。
  7. 扎实计算机基础，熟悉计算机体系结构，了解GPU/NPU等异构硬件基本原理。
  8. 熟练C/C++、Python；了解CUDA / OpenCL / CANN /异构编程优先；做过性能调优、profiling性能分析课题优先。
  9. 了解Linux环境开发，熟悉性能分析工具（nsight、perf等）优先。
  10. 具备良好问题分析能力，乐于做软硬件结合的性能调优工作。
