About The Role

About The Role You will be assigned under Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines Inc. (MMFPI) – a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan. The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end financial management encompassing finance systems implementation and support, budgeting and planning, and performance management. The role ensures that finance processes, systems, and planning frameworks are robust, well-governed, and aligned with the Company’s operational model, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. How you'll contribute Serve as Finance lead for the Lease Management System, ensuring alignment of system design with accounting, financial reporting, and operational requirements. Support implementation and ongoing enhancement of finance-related system components, including auto lease system, auto loan system or equivalent accounting and finance sub-ledgers Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and multi-year financial planning processes in alignment with strategic objectives and risk appetite. Translate business strategies, portfolio plans, and operational assumptions into integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and funding requirements. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by preparing structured financial analyses, variance explanations, and forward-looking outlooks. Embed budgeting, forecasting, and performance outputs into core operating workflows, including portfolio performance reviews and asset disposal planning. Act as the primary finance partner to Operations, IT, Risk, Credit, Asset Management, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure alignment between systems, financial plans, and execution. Prepare and present financial analyses, planning outputs, system impacts, and recommendations to Senior Management, Management Committees, and the Board. What we’re looking for With 7 – 10 years experience in Finance With hands-on experience supporting finance system implementations (e.g., lease management systems, accounting sub-ledgers, or equivalent platforms). Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management. Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting flows, funding structures, and portfolio economics. Experience supporting senior management and governance bodies (Management Committee, Board). Open to a fixed-term contract
