LOANS ASSOCIATE ( CEBU CITY)

The Loans Associate is responsible for supporting the Loan Services and Recovery Group in the administration, monitoring, and processing of loan-related transactions. The role serves as the maker for the routing and clearance of fully paid accounts and prepares reports essential to loan servicing, accounting, remedial management, and ROPA (Real and Other Properties Acquired) monitoring. The position ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of documents and reports to support efficient loan operations and recovery activities. Responsibilities: Act as the maker for the routing and clearance of fully paid loan accounts. Prepare and generate reports for the monitoring and review of loan servicing, accounting, remedial, and ROPA management transactions. Review loan documents and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal units and stakeholders to facilitate the timely processing of loan-related transactions. Maintain and update records, reports, and databases related to loan servicing and recovery activities. Assist in monitoring account statuses and ensuring proper documentation of transactions. Support the team's operational and service delivery objectives through accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan documents. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in banking operations, loan servicing, or loan recovery is an advantage.
