About The Role

The Investment Services Officer is responsible for 1) providing administrative services to the day-to-day account onboarding and management, 2) performing operational support to the offshore clients not limited to trading and loan activities, 3) acts as point of contact for counterparties and custodians for investment related transactions, and 4) is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective pre-settlement processing of investment related transactions. Responsibilities: Investment Operations Expertise: Strong background in trade processing, settlements, corporate actions, cash/position reconciliation, and fund or wealth management operations, with the ability to resolve complex issues and coordinate effectively with custodians and counterparties. Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, independently manage operations, and drive projects and process improvements from planning through implementation, with strong accountability for results. Adaptability & Stakeholder Management: Flexible, hands-on professional who thrives in lean environments, collaborates across functions, and builds strong partnerships with Front Office, GIS, Compliance, Finance, custodians, and other key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field With 5-10 years of overall experience in investment operations or banking operations Should have a macro-level understanding of the overall process. Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills.
