About The Role

The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the Business Solutions Team. The role assists Business Solutions Officers in their day-to-day activities, including client engagement, documentation, database management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of business loan applications. Responsibilities: Schedule client appointments through phone calls. Build and maintain client databases by accurately encoding and updating information. Collect and follow up on required documents from clients, partner branches, and other stakeholders. Prepare, organize, and photocopy necessary loan and client documents. Ensure the completion of documentary requirements for business loan applications. Coordinate with Credit and other Product Partner units for the processing and endorsement of loan applications. Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Solutions Team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Knowledge of banking products and services. Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of banking operations, credit policies, and documentation requirements. Strong credit evaluation and analytical skills. Highly driven, motivated, and results-oriented. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
