Job Description & Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PM/EAM Public Cloud Solution Architect with 11-15 years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition . The ideal candidate will lead asset management transformation programs, design enterprise-wide maintenance solutions, and drive the adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices. The role requires deep expertise in asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, reliability engineering, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition capabilities. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring that maintenance and asset management processes align with organizational objectives, operational excellence initiatives, and cloud transformation strategies. * Job Position Level - Senior Manager | Skill - SAP PM/EAM Public Cloud | Competency - SAP | LOS - Advisory | Location - PAN India *Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design Design and architect end-to-end SAP PM/EAM solutions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process harmonization sessions. Develop scalable and future-ready maintenance and asset management architectures. Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices while minimizing customizations. Define solution roadmaps aligned with reliability, availability, and performance objectives. Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and Public Cloud standards. SAP Public Cloud Enablement Advocate SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard implementation methodology. Promote adoption of standard S/4HANA Public Cloud maintenance capabilities. Assess extension requirements and recommend BTP-based solutions where needed. Drive quarterly release impact assessments and innovation adoption. Enable cloud-based maintenance transformation initiatives. Governance & Project Delivery Lead architecture, governance and solution reviews. Validate functional design documents and configuration approaches. Support testing strategy, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities. Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Stakeholder Management Engage with maintenance managers, plant heads, operations leaders, reliability engineers, and asset owners. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP-enabled solutions. Present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders. Support organizational change management and user adoption. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Evaluate new SAP EAM and maintenance innovations. Recommend process improvements leveraging SAP Public Cloud capabilities. Support Industry 4.0, Smart Asset Management, and Intelligent Maintenance initiatives. Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities *Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferred Skill Sets: · SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification. · Experience with SAP Activate methodology. · Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for project tracking, test management, requirements, and deployment activities. · Experience with SAP Asset Management, Maintenance Management, and related PM/EAM scope items in Public Cloud. · Knowledge of advanced maintenance scenarios such as condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, calibration, refurbishment, and shutdown/turnaround maintenance. · Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling, backlog management, work order prioritization, and maintenance performance reporting. · Knowledge of spare parts planning, reservations, goods issue to maintenance orders, and service procurement integration. · Understanding of asset accounting integration, capitalization, maintenance cost collection, and settlement processes. · Experience with mobile maintenance solutions, barcode/RF, IoT, condition monitoring, GIS, or third-party EAM integrations. · Experience with integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs, SOAP/OData services, and event-based integrations. · Experience in global template design, rollout, or multi-country implementation projects. · Exposure to SAP Asset Performance Management, SAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management, or SAP Signavio is beneficial. Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. · Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering background is preferred. · MBA, maintenance certification, reliability certification, asset management certification, or SAP certification is preferred. · Typically, 8+ years of SAP PM/EAM experience, including at least 1–2 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. · Prior experience as a Solution Lead, Functional Lead, Workstream Lead, or Senior PM/EAM Consultant is highly desirable.
