About The Role

Job Description Job Description & Summary: The individual will be reviewing and managing key tasks to ensure timely and accurate workflow. This role involves extensive analysis and staying updated with firm-related policies and procedures while managing business exceptions. Meeting operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans, reviewing and resolving problems, and identifying system improvements are also key responsibilities. Responsibilities · Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. Strengthen financial controls, compliance processes, and governance standards across finance operations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives, cost management, and operational efficiency. Demonstrate hands-on experience in preparing for the MIS Prepare tax computations, manage advance tax obligations, and support tax audit requirements Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on audit requirements, documentation, and issue resolution. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of finance processes. Review data integrity and ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support ad hoc financial analysis, management presentations, and strategic projects as required. Contribute to coaching junior team members, reviewing work outputs, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to manage and analyze high volumes of data effectively. Be willing to work under stringent timelines and in high-pressure situations. Manage the team effectively during critical or demanding periods. Possess working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle. Be adaptable, digitally savvy, and open to emerging technologies, including AI. Exhibit strong communication skills.
