Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, ReactJS, and modern web technologies to join our Emerging Technologies team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, and cloud platforms. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build innovative, high-performance applications and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. Job Position Title: IN_ Senior Associate _ Python and React Developer _Emerging businesses_Advisory_Bangalore Responsibilities: · Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and React technologies. · Build responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Tailwind, Material UI, and React Bootstrap. · Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI. · Integrate frontend applications with backend services while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. · Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. · Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. · Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations across relational and NoSQL databases. · Implement unit testing, integration testing, and code quality practices. · Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in software development. · Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. · Utilize Git/GitLab for version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes. · Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
