Compensation Range: 30000 - 35000 € We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their design skills while contributing to a variety of projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Creation and maintenance of 3D models and technical drawings Support of engineering projects and product development activities Preparation and management of technical documentation Contribution to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners Qualifications Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) Previous experience in a technical design or engineering environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory What We Offer Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of projects.
