Store Development Analyst Intern (Fresh Graduate) We are looking for a Store Development Analyst Intern to support the Store Development team in evaluating potential expansion opportunities and supporting new store development initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting feasibility studies, analyzing store performance, and maintaining project documentation to help drive data-driven decisions for store openings and network expansion. Ideal Candidate Profile: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Good analytical and research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Good communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Job Role: Conduct market research and store network analysis, including market, demographic, competitor, trade area, and store performance data. Support the preparation of market research reports, presentations, and analytical summaries. Assist with feasibility studies by gathering operational, financial, and market data for potential store locations. Prepare supporting analysis for ROI, payback period, profitability, and investment evaluation. Compile and analyze store sales, profitability, and investment realization data. Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for Store Development initiatives. Maintain accurate store development databases, project documentation, and filing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information required for store development and feasibility assessments.
