TA Staff (Fresh Graduate) Curious about how companies find the right people? Join and support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and maintaining candidate data. Ideal Candidate Profile: Fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Interested in Talent Acquisition and recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets. Able to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Job Role: Assist in posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates through various platforms. Support candidate screening and maintain candidate information in the recruitment database. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and other selection processes. Assist with recruitment administration, documentation, and reporting. Support onboarding preparation by coordinating new joiner documents and requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data. Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support recruitment and onboarding activities. Assist with other Talent Acquisition projects and assignments as needed.
