Tasks Location: Shinjuku, Tokyo Level: Supervisor / Manager Salary: Negotiable About the Role We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Client Manager to develop and manage corporate accounts in the Japanese market and support the growth of our executive search business. Key Responsibilities Develop new corporate clients and build long-term business relationships in Japan. Understand clients’ talent strategies and recruitment needs, providing tailored executive search and talent consulting solutions. Manage the full client-side recruitment process, including client meetings, business negotiations, requirement analysis, project management, and delivery. Work closely with executive search consultants to ensure efficient project execution and a high-quality client experience. Identify new market opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and achieve business development targets. Contribute to establishing and optimizing executive search operations in Japan, including processes, client management, and market expansion strategies. Requirements Native-level Japanese and strong business communication skills in English or Chinese. 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, business development, or account management, with strong corporate client-facing experience. Good understanding of mid-to-senior level recruitment and executive search processes. Strong business development, consulting, negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with Japanese companies or within the Japanese executive search market is highly preferred.
