About The Role

The purpose of this position is responsibility for managing inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of sorting orders and other key parts to customers while maintaining the quality and accuracy of the operations. Primary Job Functions Receive, unpack, check and stock materials. Address & label packages, compute rates & record weight as well as cost of each shipment when appropriate. Prepare and ensure accuracy on all shipping and receiving orders. Box, stage and ship all products, parts and orders. Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products. Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders and manage any customer returns. Identify, address and conduct a root cause analysis for stock discrepancies. Sort, organize, and mark items with identifying labels, such as inventory codes, so that inventories can be located quickly and easily. Perform computer transactions to complete timely shipping of parts. Follow inventory control measures and maintain accurate data in the ERP system. Perform a broad variety of duties relative to fulfillment of customer orders. Maintain an orderly work area and warehouse. Required Skills/Abilities Basic mathematic skills Fantastic communicator both written and oral Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Conscientious and cooperative team player attitude Ability to be self-motivated Organize and prioritize tasks independently Ability to work in an industrial warehouse environment as well as open office. Ability to drive without restrictions in residency country Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience 2+ years of warehouse experience in a shipping & receiving and inventory capacity Data entry and maintenance in an ERP system, IFS preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Kneel, bend, and stand as necessary. Ability to lift more than 50 lbs of equipment as needed

Pay Band For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 USD per hour.
