About The Role
Job Summary: Define and develop electric power train relevant vehicle motion features based on market insights and technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key features in VM products. Perform research and analysis to identify and evaluate new features Analyze and develop powertrain-specific control algorithms for performance, efficiency, and reliability Provide technical consultation to various teams Support in demonstrating features and resolving issue
Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Theory; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of professional experience in electric powertrain systems development Proven experience with electric motor control, power electronics (inverters), and electric power systems Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and its interaction with the powertrain Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional environments. With the ability to communicate technical information effectively in English
