We are looking for a Program Manager to own and drive high-priority business and operational initiatives for Dozee India Business. This is a high-ownership role where you will take projects from problem definition to execution and scale.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity, figuring out unknowns, coordinating across teams, and adapting the approach based on learnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end — from defining the problem and approach to execution and measurable outcomes
- Build processes and solutions from scratch where there is no existing playbook
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Technology and Finance
- Identify bottlenecks, solve problems and pivot quickly based on data and feedback
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and drive their implementation
- Build dashboards, trackers and operating mechanisms to improve visibility and execution
- Track key metrics and regularly communicate progress, risks and outcomes to leadership
- Distributor Channel Management: Build and operationalize processes, tracking mechanisms and performance dashboards for Dozee's distributor network.
- Digital Outreach Automation: Design and automate client outreach journeys, including segmentation, communication workflows, follow-ups and performance tracking.
- Other projects may span business operations, customer success, sales, automation and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate from a Tier-1 college/institute
- 2–6 years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy & operations, business operations, product operations or similar roles
- Experience executing projects from scratch and handling ambiguous problem statements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with automation, AI, no-code/low-code tools or process improvement
- Strong ownership, execution orientation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
