Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. What you'll bringA valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of ArizonaA Master’s degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experienceYour own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)Comfort with EHR systems and other digital toolsA quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessionsFluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus‍We're looking for therapists who bringA solid grasp of mental health diagnosesKnowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plansA collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goalsSkill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
