About The Role

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care. Why clinicians work with usComplete flexibility. You set your own hours and availability, decide which referrals to take, and build the caseload that works for you.Administrative support. We handle insurance, billing, and credentialing, and clients book into the availability you set.Robust referral network. Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers.Supervision support. We'll help match you with an independently licensed supervisor in our practice, at no cost to you, so you can keep accruing hours toward full licensure.Remote practice model. Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group — from wherever you work.Paid per session. You're paid for the clinical work you deliver, at a competitive rate.Meaningful work. Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care. What you'll bringA valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of ArizonaA Master’s degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experienceYour own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)Comfort with EHR systems and other digital toolsA quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessionsFluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus‍We're looking for therapists who bringA solid grasp of mental health diagnosesKnowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plansA collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goalsSkill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
