Operations Transformation Director

The Transformation Director leads enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives focused on improving operational performance, simplifying processes, and strengthening the organization’s capacity for sustainable growth. Partnering closely with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services, this role identifies and prioritizes transformation opportunities, optimizes manufacturing and supply chain networks, enhances end-to-end business processes, and develops organizational capabilities that drive measurable results. Serving as a catalyst for change, the Transformation Director bridges strategy and execution by establishing clear priorities, implementing strong governance frameworks, leveraging digital solutions, applying lean methodologies and quality disciplines, and leading effective change management efforts to deliver lasting business value.
