About The Role

As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support a senior leadership team working on one of Citizens’ important retail banking priorities. The team is advancing NEXT, a multi-year branch network transformation program focused on strengthening how Citizens serves customers, colleagues, and communities through its physical distribution network. The work includes branch investments, new branches, relocations, refreshes, closures, staffing and operating model changes, customer experience improvements, and market activation. This Senior Executive Administrative Assistant job provides primary support to the leadership team reporting to the Head of Branch Distribution Transformation, approximately 4-5 leaders, with occasional support for related team priorities. This is a visible role on a collaborative, fast-moving team that works with leaders and partners across Retail Banking, Consumer Banking, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Property, and other functions. The person in this role will help the team stay organized, prepared, and focused. The work requires strong judgment, clear communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with limited guidance. Primary responsibilities include Manage complex calendars, schedule changes, meeting requests, conference calls, and domestic or international travel for multiple senior leaders. Coordinate leadership team routines, including agendas, meeting materials, pre-reads, follow-ups, action items, and meeting minutes. Prepare and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting packages with a high level of accuracy and polish. Support large colleague meetings, leadership forums, offsites, receptions, and other events involving senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Accurately track expenses and submit expense reports on time with appropriate documentation. Maintain documents, files, trackers, databases, and reports so information is current, organized, and easy to access. Screen visitors, calls, and requests professionally, and use sound judgment to prioritize or escalate as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and build trusted working relationships with colleagues, leaders, vendors, and external contacts. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Executive administrative support experience required; experience supporting multiple senior leaders preferred. Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense processing, and document management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with limited guidance. High degree of discretion, professionalism, and judgment when handling confidential matters. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams. Collaborative, service-oriented approach and interest in a career supporting senior leadership teams. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Mon-Fri Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $37.98 - $54.80 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
