Corporate Vehicle Planning Manager

Serves as primary steward of corporate vehicle assets owned by Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). Provides strategic leadership for the Corporate Vehicle Operations Team, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the organization is positioned to meet future business demands. Prepares annual vehicle forecast and, throughout the year, responds to corporate needs and business influences to ensure the efficient turnover of corporate vehicles. (Approximate average inventory of +/-2500 vehicles of $65 million in value.) Provides managerial oversight to all SOA employee purchase and lease programs, which includes, but is not limited to, the Employee Vehicle Lease Program (EVLP), Retiree Lease Program, and new/used vehicle employee sales.
