About The Role

  • -为中国企业/跨国企业的全球化扩张提供端到端的IT咨询与实施服务。深入客户海外业务现场，帮助企业在东南亚、欧洲、美洲、日本等区域落地ERP系统与数字化解决方案，确保海外业务与总部系统的高效协同；
  • -主导或参与海外SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/数据中台等实施项目，覆盖从需求调研、蓝图设计、系统配置、数据迁移到上线支持的全生命周期。项目过程会使用到AI工具提效；
  • -深入理解客户的出海业务模式，设计适配当地法规、税务、多语言、多币种要求的系统方案；
  • -涉及跨国公司的全球供应链，公司间贸易等业务方案;
  • -协调国内总部与海外分支之间的系统架构、数据标准和流程一致性（需出差）。
  • 职位要求：
  • -跨时区、跨文化的工作方式。
  • 专业要求：
  • -统招本科及以上学历；
  • 有较强的英语读写能力，能作为工作语言者优先
