About The Role

Weatherford is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Field Specialist to support field operations, equipment maintenance, and service delivery at customer wellsites. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing operations safely and efficiently while ensuring the highest levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance Adhere to all HSE, Quality, Security, and Compliance standards. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment and work areas. Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Operations Plan, prepare, mobilize, execute, and document field service activities. Operate, test, maintain, and troubleshoot tools and equipment. Monitor operational data and recommend technical solutions. Complete job reports, service tickets, and required documentation accurately and on time. Manage inventory and materials required at the wellsite. Support equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Deliver exceptional service quality and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide 24/7 on-call support as required. Technical Support Apply mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic principles to field operations. Perform engineering calculations and technical checks when required. Support installation and commissioning of field equipment. Mentor and guide junior field personnel.

Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of: Mechanics Hydraulics & Pneumatics Electricity & Electronics Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry Computer Fundamentals Preferred Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School.
