Consultant for the Development of WEWB’s Staff Capacity Development and Annual Professional and Technical Training Plan

Development of an Institutional Staff Capacity Development and Professional and Technical Training Plan for the Wage Earners’ Welfare Board (WEWB), aligned with the priorities identified through the Organizational and Institutional Development Framework (OIDF), to strengthen the technical, managerial and service-delivery capacities of WEWB personnel. The assignment will develop a long-term and phased capacity development plan based on identified institutional and functional needs, complemented by a framework for periodic/annual capacity needs assessment, progress measurement and staff development planning to enable WEWB to regularly review, prioritize and update its capacity-building interventions.
