Compensation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to build, administer, and continuously improve our broad-based compensation function across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. This role will lead salary and hourly wage structures, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, sales compensation, and variable-pay programs while establishing the governance and processes needed to support consistency, compliance, and scalability.
