About The Role

SUMMARY

  • This position is primarily responsible for assisting the shipment quality inspection on vendor site,
  • organizing, testing plan for issue trouble shooting, and communication in between supply chain
  • and vendors. Assisting HQ technician for replicating issues, trouble shooting and verifying root
  • cause. Support RMA process in between customer and vendors by following Teguar SOP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspection: Conducts the quality inspection for all shipments. Coordinates with
  • vendors and generates quality check reports. This includes for Teguar Taiwan, USA
  • and Europe shipments when assigned.
  • Testing: Performs day-to-day support of existing product lines for issue testing and
  • reviewing. Participates in overall vendor site product testing for ODM/OEM
  • projects. This includes but is not limited to hardware, OS, drivers, images, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborates with suppliers/ subcontractors as well as
  • internal cross function team to identify areas for process improvement and
  • implement best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure

the delivery of high-quality products/services.

  • ISO: Assisting and managing for controlling Internal and suppliers’ ISO documentation.

Audit process improvement.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • At least a college degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or degree from community college;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years of experience in a similar
  • role preferably in the IPC (industrial/medical PC) manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, doesn't require constant instruction to

learn, and is interested in continuously expanding their skill set.

  • Knowledge of some of the latest technology used in computers such as display & touchscreen

technology, wireless, common input/outputs, CPU, Storage, Memory.

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and basic English knowledge in reading/writing/speaking.
  • Ability to write routine check reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with suppliers/

subcontractors.

  • Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Willing to travel abroad to suppliers/ subcontractor sites as required.
  • Eagerness to learn about Teguar products and company core values.
  • A true passion for learning about and leveraging new technology
