Your r esponsibilities as a Management Assistant in a law firm

Provide proactive administrative and legal support to Partners and legal teams. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business priorities. Prepare, format, proofread, and coordinate legal documents and correspondence. Act as a key liaison for clients, internal stakeholders, and external contacts. Ensure smooth office operations while handling multiple priorities with discretion.

Your strengths as a Management Assistant in a Law Firm

Proven experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant within a law firm. Fluent in Dutch, English, and French , both written and spoken. Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs in a demanding environment. Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information. Flexible all-round professional who thrives under pressure and manages busy schedules with ease.
