Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor! Play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment within a dynamic production environment. You will lead maintenance activities, drive operational excellence, and support the implementation of world-class maintenance practices that contribute directly to productivity, safety, and quality. What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate maintenance activities within the assigned production area, ensuring equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and rapid issue resolution. Prioritize and oversee corrective maintenance interventions, coordinating external maintenance contractors. Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives, maintenance standards, and continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen and corrective action plans. Monitor equipment performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance measures. Support the installation, commissioning, transfer, upgrade, and acceptance of manufacturing equipment and processes. Ensure maintenance procedures, technical documentation, equipment records, and SAP data are accurate and up to date. Participate in FMEA, root cause analysis, safety audits, and reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and workplace safety. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support operational excellence. Develop and support maintenance training programs to strengthen team capabilities and technical expertise. What We Need: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and industrial manufacturing operations. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and best practices. FMEA knowledge is considered a strong advantage. Hands-on experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
