Materials Planning Manager

The Materials Planning Manager ensures the timely availability of critical materials across Thermal AMER manufacturing facilities by coordinating with factory teams, Procurement, and suppliers to support customer demand and reduce supply risks. This role manages material planning across an 8-week to 24-month horizon, supports sourcing initiatives to secure capacity for future growth, and identifies supply constraints that impact long-term planning. The position plays a key role in maintaining supply continuity through strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of strategic supply initiatives.
