Firmware Validation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Firmware DevOps Engineer to build and improve the development infrastructure, automation, and engineering workflows our Firmware team uses for UPS products. Our firmware environment includes multiple embedded platforms, repositories, development toolchains, automated testing environments, and engineering systems. This role will help establish scalable DevOps practices for firmware development, including CI/CD, build automation, release management, tool integration, traceability, and development process automation. The ideal candidate has a strong firmware or embedded software background combined with hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices. This engineer will work closely with Firmware, Test, Systems, and Cybersecurity teams to improve development efficiency, quality, traceability, and compliance.
