Hygiene Manager

The Hygiene Manager is responsible for the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work areas conform to required Hygiene and Sanitation levels; everything within the limits of established Hilton, local policies and procedures. In addition, the position will be responsible of updating, maintenance and implementing of all set policies and procedures. As a Hygiene Manager, you’re not just leading daily hygiene for the property – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
