Job DescriptionPurpose of the JobThe HRBP & Employee Relations (ER) Manager is a strategic and operational role responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while managing employee relations initiatives that foster a positive, complaint, and productive work environment. The role balances HR Business Partnering (50%) and Employee Relations Management (50%), reporting to the Employee Relations LeadTypical Accountabilities1. Strategic HR Business PartneringBusiness Integration: Develop and implement country-level HR strategies that directly enable business goals and align with Global/Area HR roadmaps.Change Management: Lead large scale organizational transformations, ensuring smooth people transitions and high levels of employee engagement during periods of change.Strategic Workforce Planning: Diagnose future business needs to drive manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and talent pipelining.Performance Leadership: Oversee the performance calibration and promotion processes, fostering a culture of meritocracy and continuous improvement.2. ER ManagerServe as the primary ER Manager, fostering and maintaining constructive, collaborative, and trust-based relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.Develop proactive labor relations strategies with ER lead that promote open communication, mutual respect, and effective partnership between management and union <stakeholders.Support> and participate in CBA / WBA negotiations, implementation, and <administration.Support> the ongoing review, update, and administration of company policies, Rules of Employment, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and provide associated guidance, communication, and training to leaders and <employees.Build> productive relationships with union leaders to address workplace concerns, resolve issues proactively, and minimize labor-related risks.Monitor labor climate and identify emerging risks, recommending appropriate actions to maintain a stable and positive labor-management environment.Lead LMC and the resolution of labor disputes and support conflict prevention initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder management.Essential QualificationsExperience: More than 7years in HRLanguage: Native-level Korean and business fluency in EnglishDesired Skills or RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferredER Expertise: Possession of a Korean Certified Public Labor Attorney (CPLA) license is preferred / Experience in Employee Relations, including workplace investigations, labor relations, and conflict resolution, is preferredIndustry Focus: Background in highly regulated sectors (Life Sciences, Tech, or Professional Services).Digital Savvy: Proficiency in HR AI tools and advanced HR analytics.※ 채용 절차법에 따른 고지 사항1. 제출한 서류는 채용 절차법에 따라, 일체 반환 의무가 없습니다.2. 보훈대상자 및 취업보호대상자는 관련법에 의거하여 우대합니다.3. 해외 여행 결격사유가 없어야 합니다.4. 본 채용은 수시진행으로, 우수인력 채용 시 마감될 수 <있습니다.Date> Posted15-7월-2026Closing Date14-9월-2026AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
