About The Role

Activities: • Accounts Payable function in all entities and subsidiaries within TotalEnergies OneChina Organization and focuses on several entities, ensure accounting entries are correctly done in SAP and compliance with local and Group accounting rules. => Ensure vendor invoices are correctly and timely processed in SAP, when invoice variance is out of tolerance, invoice is blocked for payment, inform affiliate relevant department to solve the problem. => Check and verify staff expenses claim, ensure invoice compliance and correct posting in SAP. => Ensure timely trade related taxes payment (Consumption tax, Custom duty, VAT…) and e nsure correct Input-VAT, Input-VAT transfer out and Deem as Sales input on timely basis. => Assist General Ledger team to accrue staff expense claim at period end. => Clear GR/IR accounts on monthly basis and analysis and investigate abnormal items. => Issue AP/DP/GRIR outstanding items report on month base. => Direct communication with internal focal points of all entities and subsidiaries within TotalEnergies OneChina Organization to follow up vendor open items. => Ensure monthly and yearly closing of AP module is properly and timely conducted. • Prepare inter-companies reports for Accounting Department supported companies and conduct inter-company reconciliation on monthly basis. • Group and Statutory audit, be responsible for AP related including prepare audit package with full notes, prepare details information and explanation to auditor and so on. Coordinate with auditors to ensure group and statutory audit are properly and timely completed. • Maintain working manual of AP function yearly. • Finish KPI report of AP function and monitor outsourcing team daily work. • Work closely with outsourcing vendor to ensure one original copy of VAT invoices is sent to affiliates for deduction on timely basis • Assist with annual physical inventory counts for various entities and subsidiaries within TotalEnergies OneChina Organization. • Support on the process optimization and simplification. • Other jobs assigned by AP supervisor, finance controller and SVP Corporate Affairs China. Qualifications: • Bachelor degree of Finance & Accounting. • Must be independent, self-motivated, have a good occupation attitude, customer service-oriented mindset and be willing to work under pressure. • Intermediate Accountant certification is a plus. • Excellent PC skills on MS office tools and SAP knowledge especially in FI, CO and MM module are great pluses. • Thorough understanding financial policies and accounting principles. • Fluent Mandarin, good command of English is a plus. • One - three years of related experience is required.
