ASSOCIATE | PROGRAM MANAGER –CENTRAL OPERATIONS Function: Central Operations Location: Gurugram Experience: 0–3 years Employment Type: On-site full-time ROLE OVERVIEW Drive cross-functional execution across Tata 1mg’s retail expansion and central operations, ensuring key activities are tracked, stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are completed within defined TATs and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Stakeholder & Program Management – Drive follow-ups and closure across ground teams, project teams, central managers and external vendors; manage dependencies and proactively flag risks or delays. • Tracking & Reporting – Maintain trackers and dashboards for key workstreams including monthly property signings, expansion funnel progress, Landlord Scope of Work (LLSOW), store snags and issue-resolution timelines. • Cross-functional Coordination – Coordinate with pan-India stakeholders to keep activities on track, align priorities and ensure timely completion of action items. • Issue Resolution – Track operational bottlenecks and store-level issues, drive owners towards resolution and escalate critical risks where required. • Process Improvement – Identify recurring execution gaps and support initiatives to improve TAT, process adherence and operational efficiency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 0–3 years of experience with prior exposure to stakeholder management, vendor management or crossfunctional team management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage, influence and drive stakeholders. • High ownership and execution orientation; comfortable managing multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously. • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and basic analysis. • Structured problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks. PREFERRED • On-ground / field experience, particularly in retail, operations or execution-heavy environments. • Experience working with external vendors pan-India teams. • Exposure to projects, fit-outs, construction, infrastructure, store expansion or project management.
