Senior Collections Analyst

The Senior Collector resolves complex delinquent accounts and negotiates payment recovery using experienced-based problem-solving. They manage account adjustments, lead difficult customer conversations, and collaborate with sales and senior leadership to accelerate collections while mentoring team members. What you’ll do Reduce past-due balances on assigned portfolios, including large, complex, and strategic customer accounts. Conduct detailed research, data queries, reconciliations, and analyses to understand and resolve nonpayment issues. Develop and implement targeted action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with billing, cash applications, and sales teams to resolve disputes, review refunds, and execute account adjustments. Communicate professionally with delinquent customers via phone and email to facilitate prompt payments. What experience you need 3 to 5 years of experience working in business to business collections Excel Proficiency: Skilled in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting, and core formulas. English B2/C1 What could set you apart Systems Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce and Oracle platforms. Education: University degree (or current student) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting , or a related field.
