Location: Mainz Working hours: 20 hours per week (approx. 4 hours per day) Your Responsibilities Support with expense reporting and reimbursement processes Maintain and synchronize calendars Monitor, track, and prioritize emails Organize and coordinate appointments, including: Sending calendar invitations Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers Your Profile Structured, independent, and proactive way of working Excellent organizational and communication skills Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Microsoft Teams Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet when handling sensitive information Fluent in German and proficient in English What We Offer Valuable insight into key support, coordination, and business operations processes Flexible working hours that fit well around your studies The opportunity to work in a dynamic team based in Mainz Flexible work arrangement with the option to work on-site or remotely Interested?
