HR Recruiter ( Blue Collar)

• We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry .
• 📍 Location: Masr El Gedida, Cairo

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles.
• Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
