Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements for life insurance applications Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and end users Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with life insurance business objectives Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends specific to life insurance Ensure timely delivery of product increments through agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions Monitor product performance and user adoption, recommending enhancements as needed Champion best practices in user experience, accessibility, and security for life insurance applications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with direct experience in life insurance products Proven track record in developing end user-facing digital products Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Ability to translate life insurance business needs into technical requirements Deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements Preferred Skills: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Familiarity with life insurance underwriting, claims, policy administration, and compliance UX/UI sensibility and experience working with design teams Why Join Chubb?
