House Supervisor RN at Providence Medford Medical Center is 0.9 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a night shift. The Day Shift Administrative Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for operations in all nursing departments for an assigned shift, including representing hospital Administration and department directors during their absence, and is accountable for the management of the staffing office and the "float pool". Positions that will report to, and be evaluated by, the Day Shift Administrative Supervisor are evenings, night, and relief Administrative Supervisors, staffing coordinators, the "float pool" and the Administrative Secretary.
