Experienced Professional, System and Application

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Extraction & CX Support Analyst to support the Horizon Program and business operation. The primary focus of this role is extracting, analyzing, validating, and supporting the migration of data from Oracle HCM . The ideal candidate will also have experience providing day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications . This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, collaborate with business and technical teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment.

Perform Oracle HCM data extraction, analysis, validation, migration, and conversion activities . Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries, scripts, and reports to support data extraction and analysis. Work with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve data-related issues. Provide day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications , including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support project deliverables and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines. Maintain documentation and provide status updates as required. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Oracle HCM data extraction, analysis, migration, and data conversion activities . Strong PL/SQL development and troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting Oracle CX applications , including troubleshooting and user support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: 7+ years preferred Location: Bengaluru Project: Horizon Program Key Screening Criteria Oracle HCM data extraction experience (primary requirement). Strong PL/SQL skills.
