Senior Manager - Product Home.Group Commercial

The Senior Manager: Home Product is responsible for driving the execution and ongoing optimisation of MTN’s Home Broadband product portfolio across FTTH, FWA and adjacent Home propositions, while supporting the GM: Home Product in the development and evolution of the overall product strategy and value proposition. The role translates Group Home product strategy and value proposition frameworks into executable product propositions, working closely with OpCos and Group functions to accelerate launches, improve product performance and ensure consistent adoption of Group standards. The incumbent will manage products through their lifecycle from proposition development and business case validation through launch, performance management, and optimisation using customer insights, competitive intelligence, usage data and commercial performance to continually improve customer value, uptake, ARPU and engagement.
