About The Role
The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used to manufacture precision components safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. This position works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Machinists, Quality, and Production to develop machining processes, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, reduce cycle times, and continuously improve machining operations.
