About The Role
NOV is seeking an HSE Specialist to join our team in Odessa, TX! This role supports Downhole Operations by helping ensure compliance with HSE requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting safe work practices. Working closely with teams across the operation, the HSE Specialist will contribute to the effective implementation of NOV’s HSE Management System and help maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This position is an integral part of NOV’s continued commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
