Job Responsibilities: Review warranty reports and documents to verify dealer applications for accuracy Provide warranty management and support to dealers, handling daily warranty inquiries and resolving operational questions Analyze warranty data to identify dealers with abnormal performance; conduct on-site audits and coaching to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedure manuals; prepare audit reports and track dealer follow-up performance Support ad-hoc report analysis and output as needed Requirements: Experience in automotive industry and related services; 2+ years in OEM warranty/technical/supplier recovery roles, or 3+ years in dealer warranty/technical positions; familiar with vehicle structure Strong automotive technical English reading and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
