Associate General Counsel II - Compliance, Proposals, Agreements & Strategic Services

The Associate General Counsel II/Grants & Contracts Administrator will serve as a member of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and the Compliance, Proposals, Agreements & Strategic Services Office (COMPASS),under the Research and Economic Development Division (REDD). The position’s primary responsibility will consist of efficiently and timely reviewing, negotiating, processing, and managing the formal University acceptance of sponsored project awards including grants, cooperative agreements and contracts for the University community.
